To create a pdf player page :
  • Create your pdf file with whatever software you wish such as:
    • Open Office — Download and install free Office Suite.
    • Open a free Google Docs account with a free Gmail account at Google and use the google Document editor to create a pdf page. Goggle Docs is basically Open Office online.
    • FYI, currently, Word doesn’t provide an easy way to create pdf files with one click like Open Office or gDocs. However, you can search and download various software programs to create pdf files from Word Documents.
  • Click edit on the roster page displaying the player’s name
  • Enter the password
  • Replace the players name in the roster with [[Attach:JoeSoccer.pdf|Joe Soccer]]
  • Save and then click on the player name link in the roster to upload the pdf file from your computer.
  • Note : Changing the pdf file will require repeating the same editing process for the roster page
    • Enter a different attached file name [[Attach:JoeSoccer2.pdf:|Joe Soccer]], upload the new file

To create and maintain your player page :
  • Click edit on roster page displaying the player’s name, enter the password.
  • Combine the player’s name into a single word (ex. Phor Ward into PhorWard),
  • Save and then click on the player’s name link to create and edit the player page.

  • To remove a player page link, edit the name in the roster back to “Joe Soccer”.
  • Email the webmaster if you’ve got formating questions or problems with a player page.
